Ensure the Navimow i was turned on when the issue occurred and confirm that it was connected to a strong WiFi network. If you have installed Navimow Access+, set the network mode to "Only 4G" in the App under Settings > Mower > My Device > Network. Additionally, try connecting the Navimow i to another WiFi network to see if that resolves the issue.
