If your Navimow i keeps spinning in circles, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
The mower spins in circles during calibration. However, if the mower continues spinning and won't stop, please contact our customer service team (navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) for support and provide the following information:
- The serial number of your mower
- A video showing the issue
- The accurate date and time when the issue occurred (i.e., the time when the video was recorded)
