If your Navimow i is showing a yellow light, please follow these steps for troubleshooting:
1. Confirm whether you are in the initial deployment phase or have been using the mower for some time. If you've been using it for a while, check if you've made any adjustments to the charging station or antenna positions, or if there have been changes to your lawn layout.
2. Ensure that the cables connecting the charging station and the antenna are securely connected.
3. If the charging station or antenna is placed against a wall, try relocating them to an open area. You can use the "Antenna Location Finder" feature to find a better spot.
4. If there are tall trees or walls obstructing the signal, reassess the placement of the antenna.
If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team (navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) and provide the following information:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the charging station/antenna location
- The serial number of your mower
- The time when the issue occurred
