If your Navimow i is unable to start mowing, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the mower's firmware is up to date.
2. Check the notifications in the App to see if any of the following reasons for the startup issue are displayed:
- Low battery (less than 20%)
- No map on the mower
- Mower is initializing
- Weak GPS signal
- Mowing at night is not enabled
- The mower is not on the charging station or within the mowing area
- The current area is not connected to other areas by a channel, preventing the task from starting
If none of these reasons are displayed, please contact our customer service team (navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) for support.
