Ensure that the charging station is turned on, as the mower will display a red light if it is not receiving power.
If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team ( navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) and provide the following information:
- The serial number (SN) of your mower
- Pictures or videos showing the issue
- The accurate date and time when the issue occurred
