If you notice rust on the blade, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Segway Navimow Support and provide the serial number of your Navimow X3 along with a picture of the rusty blade.
2. Rust can occur if the blade has been used for over 80 hours. Regular replacement is recommended. Each Navimow X3 package includes 18 blades. If you have used all the included blades, you can purchase replacements from a local dealer or through our website.
