Please first check the following situations:
1. Check if the Navimow X3 started one-time mowing or scheduled mowing but did not complete it. If this is the case, the Navimow X3 will resume the task after reaching a certain battery level.
2. If the "Mowing at night" is turned off, the Navimow X3 will return to the charging station at sunset. If a one-time mowing task is not completed, the Navimow X3 will resume mowing the next day after sunrise, once fully charged.
If neither of these situations applies, please contact our customer service team (navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) for further support.
