If your Navimow X3's blade is not turning, please follow these steps:
Please check if there are any foreign objects stuck in the blade or the blade disc. If so, remove them and see if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team
( navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) and provide the following information:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X3: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device> Device Information> Basic Info.
- A video showing the issue
- The accurate date and time when the issue occurred
