(Navimow i1) Why doesn't the VisionFence avoid obstacles and still bumps into them?

Note: The VisionFence may not currently be able to detect obstacles that are too small (less than 10cm in length and width), too thin, sloping, dangling or easily confused with grass. For example, wire fences, chairs, moss, ornamental grass, bushes, dirt, roots, leaves, etc. Therefore, please create off-limit islands for these obstacles.

Solution: To prevent the mower from hitting such obstacles, it is recommended to set up off-limit islands using the Navimow app to mark areas around obstacles that the VisionFence may have difficulty recognising.

If the problem persists with larger or more prominent obstacles, please provide the following information to the Navimow support team ([e-mail]) for further assistance:

1. The serial number of your mower.
2. The date and time when the problem occurred.
3. A picture of the obstacle the mower has hit.
