Check the firmware: Make sure that the firmware of your Navimow App is up to date.
Boundary type: Check that you have set a standard boundary or a ride-on boundary when mapping.
Ride-on boundary: It's normal for the mower to slightly cross the boundary. This gives a better cut near the edges.
Standard boundary: Check that there is a slope near the boundary and that the GPS signal is strong.
Base station and antenna placement: If the charging station and antenna are not optimally placed, try moving the charging station to a more open area and mounting the antenna on the roof.
If adjusting the position of the cradle and antenna doesn't solve the problem, please contact us at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com.
