| If the screen of Navimow X3 is not lighting up, please follow these steps: 1. Press any button on the Navimow X3 to check if the screen lights up. 2. If the screen still does not light up and the mower is not connected to the charging station, please connect the mower to the charging station and see if it resolves the issue. If the screen still does not light up, please contact our customer service team at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com and provide the following details: - Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X3: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device> Device Information> Basic Info. - The exact date and time the issue occurred. - A clear photo of the screen while Navimow X3 is connected to the charging station. |
