Here’s what to do if your Navimow Terranox’s mowing path appears abnormal:
1. Check for Obstacles
· Inspect your lawn for any non-grass objects or bare patches.
· These areas may trigger the VisionFence (VF), causing the mower to avoid certain spots repeatedly.
· Solution: Create a VisionFence-Off zone in the app for non-grass areas so the mower ignores them.
2. Check the Camera
· Make sure the camera lens is clean and free of debris.
· Dirt or smudges on the lens can cause false obstacle detection and abnormal mowing paths.

· Serial Number (SN) of your mower
· App version and phone OS version
· A video showing the abnormal mowing path
