Error Code 9101 – Failed to Get Interface Data
What It Means:
The mower failed to retrieve necessary interface data, which may affect communication between the mower and the app or other system components.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
If the error persists, restart the mower.
Place the mower on the charging station and check if the issue resolves.
If the problem continues:
Contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the information following:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Exact date and time the error occurred
Any relevant video or screenshots showing the issue
