Error Code 6116 – Failed to Pass Through the Channel
What It Means:
The mower attempted to go through a channel but was unable to complete the passage, possibly due to obstacles or map constraints.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
Resume the current mowing task.
If the Problem Persists:
Try the following solutions:
Create a VisionFence-off zone around the problematic area to prevent the mower from attempting to pass there.
Disable Channel Obstacle Avoidance: Go to Settings > VisionFence > Channel Obstacle Avoidance in the app.
If It Still Cannot Be Solved:
Contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Exact date and time the error occurred
Video or screenshots showing the issue
