Error Code 7102 – Wheel Encoder Data Error
What It Means:
The mower has detected an issue with the wheel encoder, which affects its ability to track movement and position accurately.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
If the error persists:
Pull the mower off the charging station.
Press and hold the OK button for 3 seconds to turn off the mower.
Turn the mower back on.
If the Problem Still Persists:
Contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Exact date and time the error occurred
Any relevant video showing the issue
