Error Code 4101 – Communication Interrupted
What It Means:
The mower has lost communication between its internal components or modules, which can interrupt normal operation.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
If clearing the code does not work, restart the Navimow i2 AWD.
If the error persists after restarting, contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
