Error Code 3107 – Wheel Motor Error
What It Means:
There is an issue detected with one of the wheel motors.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
If the error remains, try restarting the mower.
If the problem persists, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
