Error Code 6101 – Map Loading Error
What It Means:
The Navimow i2 AWD is unable to load the saved map, which can prevent mowing tasks from starting or resuming.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error.
Try resuming the mowing task.
If the error continues, delete the existing map in the app and create a new map.
If the issue persists after recreating the map, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Date and time the error occurred
