Error Code 5101 – Unable to Connect GNSS Antenna
What It Means:
The Navimow i2 AWD cannot establish a connection with the GNSS (GPS) antenna, which is needed for mapping and navigation.
Steps to Resolve:
Check that the GNSS antenna is properly connected to the charging station.
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error.
If the error persists, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Date and time the error occurred
