Error Code 9104 – Program Crash
What It Means:
The mower’s internal software encountered a critical error and stopped functioning properly.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
If the error persists, restart the mower.
Place the mower on the charging station to ensure stable power and system reset.
If the issue continues:
Contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Date and time the error occurred
Any relevant video or screenshots showing the error
