Error Code 4105 – ACU Hardware Error
What It Means:
There is a hardware issue with the ACU (Autonomous Control Unit) of your Navimow i2 AWD.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to try clearing the error code.
If the error persists, restart the mower.
If the issue continues after restarting, contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
