Error Code 3101 – Wheel Motor Stall Protection
Steps to Resolve:
Check if any wheels are stuck or obstructed.
Remove any foreign objects blocking the wheels.
Press the STOP button on the mower.
Press MOW, then OK to resume mowing.
If the error continues, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
