If your Navimow i2 AWD is not charging at the charging station, check the following:
1. Power Connection
Ensure the charging station is connected to an active power source.
2. Status Light
Verify the status light on the charging station to confirm it is functioning properly.
3. Inspect Charging Components
Check the charging strip and the mower’s charging port for any corrosion or damage.
4. Use the Correct Charging Cable
Make sure you are using the official Navimow i2 AWD charging cable, not one from another model.
If the problem continues, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information:
-Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Settings Mower Basic Info)
-Date and time when the mower didn't charge at the charging station
-a video showing the problem
