If your Navimow H2 is unable to connect via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
2. Check in your phone’s settings to confirm that the Navimow App has been granted Bluetooth and Location permissions.
3. Make sure your phone is within 6 meters (19.7') of the Navimow H2.
4. Check if the serial number (SN) appears in your phone’s Bluetooth list (Android only).
5. Try restarting both the Navimow H2 and the Navimow App.
