If the screen of Navimow H2 is not lighting up, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure the Navimow H2 is properly connected to the charging station and that the charging station is powered on.
2. Press any button on the Navimow H2 to check if the screen lights up.
If the screen still does not light up, please contact our customer service team at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following details:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H2: You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
2. The exact date and time the issue occurred.
3. A clear photo of the screen while Navimow H2 is connected to the charging station.
