If you’re experiencing issues with buttons not responding in the Segway Navimow app, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure the App and Firmware are Updated
Check that both the Segway Navimow app and your mower’s firmware are updated to the latest versions. Outdated software may cause functionality issues.
2. Reinstall the App
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Segway Navimow app to ensure no corrupted files are causing the issue.
3. Restart the Navimow H1
After reinstalling the app, restart your mower and attempt to use the app again to see if the buttons respond correctly.

1. The serial number of the mower.
2. The version of the App.
3. The system version of your phone. (Eg.IOS17.4/Android13)
