1. For Users in China
Please note that the Segway Navimow app and mower are not available for use in China. Unfortunately, registration and functionality are not supported in this region.
2. For Users in Other Countries
If you are in another country and still facing registration issues, please contact our customer service team at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com. Provide the following information to help us resolve the problem:
---The mower's serial number (SN).
---Your current country of residence.
---The country and channel where you purchased the mower.
