If your Navimow H1's performance is lower than expected, there may be several reasons:
Lawn condition: The condition of your lawn, such as whether it is smooth, free of obstacles, or if the grass is too long or dense, can affect the efficiency of the Navimow H1. The ideal cutting area is based on a perfectly smooth lawn with no obstacles and the grass is in good condition.
Battery condition: The life, charge and age of the battery can also affect the efficiency of the Navimow H1. If the battery is worn it may need to be replaced.
Software and hardware problems: Occasionally, settings or problems with the Navimow H1 itself can lead to reduced efficiency.
If the problem still exists, please provide the following information and contact us:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H1: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower >My Device > Device Information > Basic Info.
2. Photos or videos showing the problem
3. The time when the problem occurred
