Possible Causes:
Poor satellite signal
Obstacle avoidance
Tallgrass
Solutions:
1. The mower's moving path depends on satellite positioning, occasionally inaccurate positioning may lead to missed cuts, and the missed area will be covered after a few more cuts.
2. If an obstacle is encountered during mowing, the mower will avoid the obstacle, which can result in certain areas not being cut.
3. If the grass is over 6cm, we suggest that for the first mowing cycle, please set the mowing height to 5cm or 4cm. It is not recommended to directly set a mowing height that is too low.
If the problem persists, please contact us at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com and send the following information.
1. The serial number of the mower
2. The exact date and time when the issue occurred
3. A screenshot of the map with the marked uncut area.
