The Navimow H1 stops without a fault code: If the Navimow H1 stops and no fault code is displayed, please contact us directly.
The Navimow H1 stops with an error code: If the Navimow H1 stops and displays an error code, please follow the troubleshooting steps for that specific error code.

1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H1: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device> Device Information> Basic Info.
2. Relevant photos or videos illustrating the problem
3. The time at which the fault occurred
