(Navimow H1) What should I do if the Navimow H1 stops when mowing?

Please first identify which of the following situations applies:

The Navimow H1 stops due to a low battery: If the Navimow H1 stops due to a low battery, please contact us directly.

The Navimow H1 stops without a fault code: If the Navimow H1 stops and no fault code is displayed, please contact us directly.

The Navimow H1 stops with an error code: If the Navimow H1 stops and displays an error code, please follow the troubleshooting steps for that specific error code.
