(Navimow Terranox) What should I do if the mowing path is abnormal?

Here’s what to do if your Navimow Terranox’s mowing path appears abnormal:

1. Check for Obstacles

• Inspect your lawn for any non-grass objects or bare patches.
• These areas may trigger the VisionFence (VF), causing the mower to avoid certain spots repeatedly.
• Solution: Create a VisionFence-Off zone in the app for non-grass areas so the mower ignores them.

2. Check the Camera

• Make sure the camera lens is clean and free of debris.
• Dirt or smudges on the lens can cause false obstacle detection and abnormal mowing paths.
