If your Navimow Terranox slips while mowing on slopes, follow these steps:
1. Check Slope Conditions
The Navimow Terranox can safely operate on slopes up to 84% (40°).
On wet slopes, slipping can occur and is considered normal.
2. Enable Traction Control System (TCS)
Open the Navimow App and enable TCS.
This improves grip and stability when mowing on slopes.
3. If Slipping Persists
Contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
Photos or videos showing the slipping issue
Time and date when the issue occurred
