Confirm whether the lawn mower cannot be powered on regardless of whether it is connected to the charging station.
Confirm whether the charging station is connected to a valid power source.
If the mower can be powered on while on the charging station, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4
A video showing that the lawn mower cannot be powered on after pressing the OK button (while the machine is not on the charging station).
This will help the support team diagnose and resolve the problem efficiently.
