If your Navimow X4’s battery doesn’t last as long as expected, consider the following factors:
Lawn Conditions
Slopes, bumps, or multiple boundary connections can increase battery consumption.
Map Complexity
Frequent direction changes in a complex map may reduce mowing efficiency.
Grass Height
Battery efficiency is tested with grass at 0.5 cm. Taller grass requires more power.
Battery Age
As the battery ages, its maximum capacity decreases, leading to shorter runtime.
If you are experiencing a shorter battery runtime than expected, please contact us at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance.
To help us investigate the issue, kindly provide the following information:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info.
2. The precise start and end times of the entire mowing period.
