If you're unable to create the map via the Segway Navimow app, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure the App and Firmware Are Updated
Make sure both the Segway Navimow app and your Navimow i2 LiDAR's firmware are up to date. Using outdated versions may cause map editing issues.
2. Reinstall the App and Restart the Navimow i2 LiDAR
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Segway Navimow app. Additionally, restart the Navimow i2 LiDAR to refresh the connection and resolve potential glitches.
