If you're having trouble registering an account in the Segway Navimow app, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. For Users in China
Please note that the Segway Navimow app and Navimow i2 LiDAR are not available for use in China. Unfortunately, registration and functionality are not supported in this region.
2. For Users in Other Countries
If you are in another country and still facing registration issues, please contact our customer service team at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users). Provide the following information to help us resolve the problem:
---Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 LiDAR: You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
---Your current country of residence.
---The country and channel where you purchased the Navimow i2 LiDAR.
----Contact number or email address that you use to register the account
This information will allow our team to assist you more efficiently.
