1. Check if the Account Was Shared
If you've shared your account credentials with someone else, their login may automatically log you out. Each time the app is used on another device, you'll be required to log in again.
2. Change the Password if Account Was Shared
If you have shared your account with someone, we recommend changing your password. This will prevent others from accessing your account and ensure that you stay logged in on your device.
3. If You Haven't Shared Your Account
If you have not shared your account and still experience the issue, please contact our customer service team at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
When reaching out, provide the following information to help us investigate further:
---Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H2: You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
