If you're not receiving the verification code when registering or logging in to the Segway Navimow app, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check the Spam/Junk Folder (for Email Registration)
If you registered using an email address, please check your spam or junk folder for the verification code email. It might have been filtered there by mistake.
2. If the Code Is Still Missing or You Used a Phone Number
If you don't find the code in your spam folder or if you registered using a phone number, please contact our customer service team at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
To help us investigate the issue, provide the following details:
---Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H2: You can find this in the app under Home>Settings>Device information>Basic Info.
---Your app account details (email or phone number).
---The date and time when the problem occurred.
