Normally, the Navimow X3 returns to the charging station when the battery level is less than 15%. If the Navimow X3 does not return to the charging station at the expected battery level, please contact us at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com for help and provide the following information:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X3: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device> Device Information> Basic Info.
2. The date and time the Navimow X3 returned to the charging station.
3. The power level when the Navimow X3 returned to the charging station.
4. Please check if you received related notifications
