We do not recommend installing MowGate on uneven ground or slopes.
An uneven lawn surface can make proper installation difficult and may affect the stability and alignment of the gate. If the installation area is not level, we kindly recommend flattening and leveling the ground before installation to ensure correct operation.
In addition, uneven terrain may prevent the robotic mower from passing through smoothly and could potentially trigger error codes or interruptions during operation.
For best performance, safety, and long-term reliability, MowGate should be installed on a flat and stable surface.
