Normally, the Navimow Terranox should return to the charging station when the battery level drops below 15%. If it returns earlier, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox (found in the app under Settings Mower Basic Info)
2. Date and time when the mower returned to the charging station
3. Battery level at the time of return
4. Any related notifications you received
This information will help the support team investigate the issue.
