Auto Mapping uses the VisionFence camera to automatically create a precise boundary map of your lawn. This feature allows the mower to explore and detect the outer edges without manual remote control, making setup faster and more convenient.
To begin, tap “Create Map” on the home page, then choose a mapping method — Auto Mapping. After a brief pause, before the mower starts automatic mapping, the user needs to remotely control the mower to mark all mowing areas to be mapped. Drive the mower to the first lawn area and mark it, then drive it to the second lawn area and mark it (the pathway between the two lawn areas will be created automatically). Repeat this process for all remaining lawn areas. As the mower moves, you can watch the map expand in real time until it forms a closed loop.
Thanks to vision-based alignment technology, the mower does not need to follow the exact lawn edge during mapping, yet the resulting boundary is as accurate as manual mapping.
Once Auto Mapping is complete, the mower will automatically return to the charging station, and you can start mowing immediately.
Note: Auto Mapping works best in daylight and is currently only supported during daytime. For mapping at night, please use manual mapping instead.
