If the blade on your Navimow Terranox stops turning, follow these steps:
- Check for Obstructions
Inspect the blade and blade disc for any foreign objects. Remove any debris and see if the blade resumes turning.
- Contact Support if the Issue Persists
Email support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox (found in the app under Home > Settings > Basic Info)
- A video showing the issue
- The exact date and time when the problem occurred
This information will help the support team diagnose and resolve the issue effectively.
