If your Navimow Terranox blade is rusty, follow these steps:

Contact Support
Provide the serial number of your Navimow Terranox and a clear photo of the rusty blade to Segway Navimow Support. -
Understand Blade Lifespan
Rust may appear after approximately 80 hours of use for the standard Blade Assembly or 160 hours for Blade Assembly Plus. Regular replacement is recommended. Replacement blades can be purchased from local dealers or via the Segway website. -
