If the charging station does not light up, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the power outlet you are using is functioning properly by plugging in other devices to check if they work.
2. If the outlet is working, make sure that the power cable is securely connected to the charging station.
If you have followed these steps and the charging station still does not light up, please contact us at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox (found in the app under Settings Mower Basic Info)
- Exact date and time the issue occurred
- A clear photo of the screen while the mower is connected to the charging station
This information will help the support team diagnose and resolve the issue.
