If your Navimow Terranox shuts down during mowing, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information to help resolve the issue:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox (found in the app under Settings Mower Basic Info)
- Exact date and time when the shutdown occurred
- Remaining battery level at the time of shutdown
This information will help the support team diagnose and address the problem effectively.
