Here’s what to do if your Navimow X4’s mowing direction seems abnormal:
1. Check Mowing Tasks
The Navimow X4 changes its cutting angle (pattern) only after completing 100% of the current mowing task. If the mower recharges and resumes, it will continue the previous angle until the entire area is finished. This is normal behavior.
2. Check Map Modifications
If you edit and save the map during an ongoing task, the progress may reset. The mower will start a new task, potentially using the default angle.
3. Check Mowing Direction Settings
Check the App settings to ensure you haven't locked the mower to a specific single direction. Adjust the app settings to allow both clockwise and counterclockwise mowing if needed.
If the issue persists:
please contact Segway Navimow Support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information:
The Serial Number (SN) of your mower, your app version, and your phone OS/Android version.
The date and time the issue occurred
A brief video or screenshot showing the problem.
A short description of your map setup and the issue.
