If your mower failed to detect an obstacle, please follow the steps below:
Understand which obstacles may not be recognized
The VisionFence system may not detect obstacles that are:Too small (less than 10 cm in both length and width)
Too thin, sloping, hanging, or visually similar to grass
Examples include wire fences, chair legs, moss, ornamental grasses, bushes, soil piles, roots, leaves, etc.
➜ For such objects, please create off-limit islands to avoid collisions.
Check whether the camera lens is dirty
Dust, grass clippings, or water droplets may block the camera view. Clean the lens if needed.
Ensure the obstacle area is not set as a VisionFence-Off Zone
If the zone is set as a VisionFence-Off Zone, the camera will not perform object detection in that area.
If it is an obstacle that should be detected and the area is not VisionFence-Off, please provide the following information to the Navimow support team support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance:
Serial number of your mower
Date and time the issue occurred
A picture of the obstacle involved
A short video demonstrating the issue
