If some areas within the mowing zone are being missed by your Navimow X4, follow these steps:
1. Inspect the Missed Area
Check if the missed area is near non-grass surfaces, narrow passages, or obstacles. These can prevent the mower from reaching the area.
2. Non-Grass Areas
Set a VisionFence-Off zone for non-grass areas so the mower avoids them.
3. Narrow Passages
Not adjacent to walls/obstacles: Split the area into two separate zones or create a blind zone to help the mower navigate.
Adjacent to walls: Adjust the area shape, widen the passage, or create a separate zone.
4. Obstacles in the Passage
Remove obstructions or enable the channel sense feature to allow smoother navigation.
5. Check GPS Signal
If the area is between buildings, near walls, or other obstructions, the GPS signal may be blocked, affecting coverage.
6. If the Issue Persists
- Provide the following information to support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance.
- Time when the problem occurred.
- Photos of the missed area and surroundings.
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4.
- Ensure the Navimow X4 is connected to the mains and placed on the charging station.
