Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify that the charging station is connected to an active power source.
2. Check if the Navimow i2 LiDAR can be turned on when it is connected to the charging station or independently.
NOTE:
You need to press the OK button for 1 second to turn it on when the mower is not connected to the charging station.
If the Navimow i2 LiDAR can't be turned on after that, please contact us at
support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for help and provide the following information:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 LiDAR: You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
2. A video of the issue.
